We are an investment company specializing in asset management and advisory services. Our strategy is based on managing funds, providing upfront capital to investments that fit our criteria, and offering advisory services to companies in need of financial and investor relations strategy.

We pursue a generalist approach, remaining agnostic to industries and geographies in order to capture the best opportunities across asset classes.

We utilize platforms and market industry services to assess market size and potential growth characteristics, access industry experts for further insight into a particular industry or company, perform traditional financial statement and competitive analysis and test non-traditional methodologies, and pursue cross-over investing strategies that provide unique industry insights.

We invest in Early, Seed, and Series A private market opportunities.

We look for and invest in alternative investments and markets such as: crossover investment strategies, digital securities, M&A opportunities, and public company shells and SPACs.

We invest in publicly traded securities.

We provide financial analysis and strategy-based services to funds and to Early, Seed and Series A companies.
